About The Role

REPORTS TO: President

LOCATION: New York, NY

We are looking for an Integrated Brand Manager (specializing in Wholesale) to join our Marketing team. This individual will play a key role in shaping the future of Wholesale and large collaborations across the company. Working closely with the President, this role will help build and implement Wholesale and Brand marketing strategies that grow the business while fostering deep, meaningful connections with our consumers.

The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, curious, and attuned to evolving consumer trends. This individual should be skilled at managing projects from inception to execution, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

● Support the development and execution of strategic brand plans aligned with the company’s goals.

● Lead the development and management of go-to-market calendar in support of seasonal campaigns and product launches

● Partner cross-functionally with creative, product, and digital teams to bring large company collaborations to life.

● Own Wholesale seasonal briefing process through to in-market asset creation – tradeshow, marketing, tradeshow booth management, retailer marketing, presentation decks, POP display, retailer emails, lookbook, etc ..

● Manage Wholesale asset development and distribution.

● Collaborate with external partners, brand partners, retailers and vendors to deliver a cohesive brand story.

● Drive sales and results by ensuring the WS team is knowledgeable on our brand, and product.

● Partner closely with our Creative team to ensure concepts, journeys, and tactical deliverables are met and aligned with objectives .

Role Qualifications

● 5 + years of relevant work experience in Brand marketing and Wholesale marketing

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related creative field

● Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills

● Demonstrated ability of developing go-to-market plans for brands

● Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture—someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity.

● Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation on complex business issues.

● Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners.

● Detail oriented. This position requires someone who can build plans, presentations, and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction.
